- [1] : The Plum Blossom Party (PBP) is federation of regional parties and the Prosperity Party that only participates (as federation) in the PEC election.

- [3] : The political parties of Harrawi are clan-based. Although they could be considered 'conservative' on the whole, this is mainly regarding domestic affairs concerning the clans themselves. Within the clans, a larger variety in political views may exist, but even in politics, its the opinion of the chief of the clan that counts. The larger political parties IAA and OID (and NID, to some extent) have a broader opinion and are slightly more open for change and other people's views. In those parties the chief of the clan has less political influence. AS is the only non-clan-based party.
- [4] : Exumbra Centraal! is a combined list of the Pragmatist Union, the League of the Elderly (OL) and the regional Denestad party (all around d4). For the moment, this combination will exist only for the PEC-elections.
