Driă Sarăm Krais (Дріă Сарăм Краіс) is one of the twelve districts of Adzhatia according to the division that became effective on 1 September 2013. The name literally means 'District of the Three Islands'; although the district technically consists of four smaller islands east of Valya, only three of them are permanently inhabited: Takaleze Saŕ, Kuzgze Saŕ and Kaŭkańsaŕ. The capital is Takaĺ (Такаљ), but the largest town is Kusk (Куск), infamous for its poorly maintained state prison. The third settlement is Kaŭkańsaŕ (Каўкањсаʀ).

Although considered one district in situations relevant for national purposes (such as the regional seats of the Dume), the three islands enjoy a lot of autonomy within the district and the district government of Driă Sarăm Krais has therefore less power than the other districts' governments.
