Siimeŋ Ŭeixiitär (幽 崴秀; born 1952 in Ammadocuu) is a professor of economics at the University of Qĭancĭeŋ. He is best known for his suggestion that the Forum for International Cooperation and Trade (FICT) should take the initiative to organize a biannual conference on the problems and challenges of small economies with big neighbors (first published in Aśxa in October 2011). Lacking serious response from FICT, in December 2011, together with the Kronenburgian economist Harold Wijnsma, Ŭeixiitär founded the International Society for the study of the Challenges and Opportunities of Small Economies with Large Neighbors.
