Qĭaŋ Iitaŋkama (鴈 豪山, born 1969 in Qĭancĭeŋ) is a descendant of the younger brother of king Saśtärsaraq (哲道, king from 1768 to 1772). (Most people with the surname 'Qĭaŋ' are descendants of a branch of the New Qĭaŋ dynasty.) Iitaŋkama is the current party leader of PPP and teaches political philosophy and Caxamiśrakĭaŭ at the University of Qĭancĭeŋ. He is one of the most respected politicians and political commentators of Khusqaikama even though his party is rather small. He is also the only party leader in the upper rather than lower house.
On April 2, 2012, Iitaŋkama was elected president.
