Pointochinikia is an island which consists of up to three official nations (Kanglapo, Kinglavia and Biangsinglia), with one de facto nation Boshlagi.

Brief history

Pointochinikia was under a united kingdom (referred to as the 'old kingdom') until the 1200s. Then, cultural disputes erupted between the Katayans and the other ethnic groups, mainly the Byat-lang people (later known as Biyanas) who were considered as the enemy of the Katayans. In 1234 the Katayans formed a kingdom by themselves, the Kanglapolish Kingdom. The 'old kingdom' then attacked the nation and tried to assassinate the nominated 1st king of Kanglapo Loi Da Nak, but the war ended in a truce which divided the two kingdoms. After this, however, there were frequent wars between these two countries, often because of border disputes. In 1500, after the 'old kingdom' ceded control over its two provinces Kishma and Guolangki to Kanglapo, the 'old kingdom' re-named themselves to 'Biangsinglia', which means 'what's left' in old Biyanese language. The two kingdoms then officially signed a peace treaty which ensured peace on the island.

In the 17th century, several foreign Ulethan powers were coming to the island and started exploiting resources from the island, mainly Surians who came to establish Surian ports on the eastern half of the island with the permission of the Kanglapolish government. To avoid Surain influence, the two provinces Kishma and Guolangki decided to form a kingdom by themselves, and named themselves 'Kinglavia'. The two provinces officially separated from Kanglapo in 1583. Kanglapo later succumbed to the Surians, while Biangsinglia forged an alliance with the Surians and other foreign powers. The northern part of Biangsinglia, however, became a UL137-ian colony in 1650, when Biangsinglia lost the four-month war against Mazan. A war of independence by the Kanglapolish kingdom took place in 1757, restoring the old Kanglapolish kingdom. Biangsinglia, however, still maintain alliances with the foreign powers, but this resulted in Biangsinglia being divided into many colonises controlled by different foreign powers. Meanwhile, as foreign powers tried to take over the island, Kinglavia officially isolated from the outside world in 1625. Biangsinglia then reunited into a Republic in 1899, after Kanglapo's reformation into a republic in 1850.

The idea of communism then became popular on the island, which then resulted in Kanglapo's and Biangisinglia's government change to communism to ensure fairness, equality and justice in their respective countries. In the 20th century (1923), Biangisinglia and Kanglapo re-united to form the Socialist Federation of Pointochinikia under a united communist government. However, only after 40 years, it peacefully dissolved into Biangisinglia and Kanglapo due to cultural differences. At about the same time, the Kinglavian Royal Government under His Majesty Gang Ke Va decided to re-open the Kingdom after Kinglavian spies confirmed that it is safe to re-open its borders. Officially on 17 May 1975, the 350-year isolation period ended.

Biangsinglia and Boshlagi became re-united after an official handover from Mazan to Biangsinglia in 1986, on the condition that Boshlagi will retain its theocratic-democratic system. However, in 1991 after discovering that the Biangsinglian Central Government interfered with the 1990 elections, in which the Boshlagian Socialist Party won, some Boshlagian insurgents, backed by the Boshlagian State government formed the Inam Boshlagi Liberation Party, to separate Boshlagi from Biangsinglia. This resulted in the Boshlagian-Biangsinglianese conflict which lasted for 25 years. After the war, the Boshlagian government declared itself to be an independent country. Biangsinglia refused to acknowledge the newly-formed country.
