Hao I-run

Mou Siun-en (莫嵩彥; 1957--) was the first president of Huenan who was not a member of the nationalist People's Party, but of the Democratic Party, for decades the main opposition party. After one term, he lost the 2007 election to Hao I-run, the son of 'general' Hao I-dian, the first president of Huenan, but after Hao I-run had to resign in 2008, Mou Siun-en was re-elected in a single round. Mou was again re-elected in 2012, and is currently serving his third term as president.
