Mr. Mansour Agdiri was born in Roussec, Tarmorya, in 1946. He was a professor of History at the Université Étarmorienne until 2010. He was arrested and tortured during the government of General Aghruz (2012-2013). In 2014, President Abdelkarim Darmqran appointed him as ambassador of Tarmorya to FICT, one day before becoming Secretary General of the organisation, which led to negative reactions of some FICT countries. Professor Agdiri passed away on March 13, 2015.
