Luçia Apavia (born 18 November 1976 in Divis) is a Voskian politician and civil engineer. She was elected as a member of parliament for the liberal democrats (V-ĢP) and became traffic minister in the fourth government of Başkim Arhali in 2010, until she resigned in March 2013, together with the other V-ĢP ministers. In January 2013, she had been elected V-ĢP leader. Following the political crisis of March 2013 (that was caused by her own party), she managed to form a new government and thus became the first woman prime minister of Voskia in April 2013.
