Government of Khusqaikama
The government of Khusqaikama is elected by the Upper House (see there for procedure). Because half the Upper House is replaced every two years, Upper House support for the government can change every two years too. Nevertheless, with an exception for the 2010-2012 minority government of DSP, CPKR, Särkaĭ, and Prosperity Party, all governments stayed in power longer. That "power" is rather limited, however, because of the strict separation between legislative and executive branches in Khusqaikama.
The Khusqaian cabinet is headed by a Prime Minister and further consists of 6 Ministers to a total of 7 members. Each minister except the Prime Minister heads a Ministry (also called "department").
