Ŭceisa Krais (Ўцеіса Краіс) is one of the twelve districts of Adzhatia according to the division that became effective on 1 September 2013. It is a new district, created out of parts of the former Pruteze Krais and Drezeńe Adźaciaisa Krais. It is centred around and named after the river Ŭce, which flows towards a small town of the same name. Alidaŕ (Алідаʀ), former capital of the latter, was designated as the capital of Ŭceisa Krais because of the facilities that were already there, although the first intention was to make Ŭce (Ўце) the capital, because of its more central location. A third town is Juramaslăć (Јурамаслăч), which is located further in the country.
